The following procedures are mandatory in order to minimize the risk of injury to our participating players. We ask that you read the information carefully.

• Participants must understand the rules of the tournament and how to practice sport in a safer way, through adequate training and compliance with the laws published in the Rules section.
  
• Clubs and players must follow the Code of Conduct under World Rugby, FIVB and FINA regulations
  
• Each player must have personal health and accident insurance that covers the competition. For European players, the European Health Insurance Card is highly recommended.
  
• It is strictly forbidden to play under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
  
• The Pitch Beach organization and All Together 4 Sports cannot be held responsible for any injuries suffered by participating players during the tournament.
  
• All Together 4 Sports will have first aid volunteers to help in case of any injuries
