All Together 4 Sports Association

Definitions

MEMBER : Any individual registered as a member of All Together 4 Sports ("AT4S"), whether or not they practice a sport.

ATHLETE : Any individual who, as a Member, is involved in one or more sports.

SPORTS TECHNICAL COMMITTEE : Group of individuals, appointed by the AT4S Management, with the purpose of coordinating, managing and regulating the sporting modality.

FEES : Amount paid to AT4S annually by each of the Associates and which grants them such status.

MONTHLY FEE : Amount paid to AT4S monthly by each Athlete Member and for each sport they practice.

General Provisions

1º Article

Scope

AT4S aims to:

The formation and development of the human personality through the practice of sports;

Encouraging the practice of sporting and recreational activities among an adult audience, in an inclusive and non-discriminatory manner, in compliance with the constitutional principles that govern the Rights, Freedoms and Guarantees of citizens;

The promotion of the practice of sports among its Members, regardless of their sexual orientation, ethnicity, gender, religion or financial capacity;

Participation in national and international sporting competitions and events, namely through membership in national, local and similar associations and federations;

The promotion of means of distraction and culture to its Associates.
